Scope of Services
Rollsgroupinternational.com manufactures and supplies induction-hardened work rolls, backup rolls, and heavy-duty calendar rollers for metal sheet cold-reduction mills. All products are engineered for wear resistance and structural surface integrity. Orders are accepted subject to these terms.
Rights and Obligations
The customer agrees to provide accurate specifications for each roll order, including diameter, face length, material grade, and required tolerances. Rollsgroupinternational.com reserves the right to adjust manufacturing parameters to meet stated performance criteria. The customer is responsible for proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the rolls after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Rollsgroupinternational.com’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective rolls, as determined by our inspection. We are not liable for consequential damages, production losses, or downtime resulting from roll failure, improper use, or unauthorized modifications. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of discovery.
Termination of Use
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the customer must pay for all rolls delivered and accepted. Rollsgroupinternational.com may suspend service if payment is overdue by more than 60 days.
Changes to Terms
